Siwon reveals what physical feature he looks for in a woman on ‘Section TV Entertainment Relay’

During his interview on the most recent episode of MBC‘s ‘Section TV Entertainment Relay‘, Super Junior‘s Siwon revealed what physical feature he looks for in a woman.

Choi Siwon stated, “My ideal type is a woman with big, pretty eyes. I’ve heard that people with big eyes that sparkle, have honest hearts.”

In response to his statement the reporter said, “Your eyes sparkle too Siwon“, to which Siwon responded wittily, “It’s because I have an honest heart.”

In addition during the interview, Choi Siwon was told that when ‘Section TV’ producers had asked about what kind of person Siwon was to the staff and others, the majority had replied, “He’s perfect.”

Flattered, Choi Siwon replied, “As expected, I think MBC is the best. I love MBC too. It’s the culture television station,” cleverly using MBC’s signature jingle to respond to the praise.

Choi Siwon shows good looks in new stills from 'The King of Dramas'

Super Junior’s Choi Siwon is once again causing quite the stir online for his good looks.

On October 29, new SBS drama ‘The King of Dramas’ revealed still cuts Siwon shining in his aura during scene. In the photos, the singer-actor shows off his handsome face that allowed him to look like the leisurely top star that he is.

Netizens commented, “He’s so handsome,” “He’s so perfect” and “Is he playing a ruthless character with that face?”.

Choi Siwon plays the role of Kang Hyun Min, a top star all over Asia with a gentle and outstanding image. However, he actually hates thinking deeply and just like his simple character, falls in love very quickly.

‘The King of Dramas’ is about the various happenings when Anthony Kim who only thinks about money, rookie writer Lee Go Eun (Jeong Ryeo Won) who is full of humanity and Kang Hyun Min (Choi Siwon), a top star get together. To be aired on the 5th of November following the conclusion of ‘Faith’.

SHINee nominated for KOCCA's "Minister of Culture Award"

Korea Creative Contents Agency (KOCCA) revealed the list of nominees for the Korean Pop Culture & Arts Award on October 29. SHINee was nominated for the Minister of Culture Award along with comedian Lee Soogeun, actor Kim Soohyun, artist Jang Kiha, and more.

The final award winners will be chosen by the Cabinet in the beginning of November. A member of KOCCA revealed, “It’s safe to say that all the chosen nominees will receive an award.” The award ceremony will take place on November 19th at the Seoul Olympic Hall.

Super Junior's Choi Siwon met and got to know world famous American film director and producer Steven Spielberg. On the 29th of October, Siwon updated his twitter account and shared, "Had a good time with Steven Spielberg" and also shared a photo.

In his photo you can see him wearing a tuxedo looking smart and handsome and he is standing beside the famous Steven Spielberg. Siwon was attending the 2012 LACMA Art and Film Gala and there he met the famous film director. Netizens commented, "Wow, he met such an influential person", "I wonder what they talked about", "He looks so handsome".

Choi Siwon’s father receives backlash for Super Junior’s statements about his wealth on TV

On the October 28th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV Entertainment Relay‘, Choi Siwon revealed his father’s response to the topic of his family’s wealth that comes up a lot during broadcast.

Not long ago during Super Junior‘s appearance on ‘Golden Fishery-Radio Star‘, the members of the boy group had boasted about Siwon’s financial power. Member Leeteuk had gone as far as jokingly saying, “[Siwon] can even buy out MBC.”

Regarding the issue Siwon stated, “When my father woke up the next morning he asked me, ‘What did you say on broadcast? This is the first time I’ve received so many text messages beginning at the brink of dawn’.”

In reply to his statement the reporter asked, “Even if you can’t buy out MBC, can you buy all the flowers here?“, pointing to all of the flowers in the flower shop, in which the interview took place.

Choi Siwon responded to the question saying, “Do you think it would be just the flowers?“, causing a breakout of laughter on set.

Leeteuk struggles with sasaeng fans a day before his enlistment

It seems as though Super Junior‘s Leeteuk is struggling with his sasaeng fans even until the day prior to his enlistment on October 30th.

On October 29th, the singer left two posts on his Twitter, writing, “Fans riding in sasaeng taxis continue to follow me up until the day before my enlistment… What should I do? They should’ve just left me alone for today…” and “I have nowhere to go.. ㅠㅠ I’ll be going home to move my belongings.”

Leeteuk will be enlisting on October 30th at the 306 reserve unit in Gyeonggi-do. The singer will take part in basic training for five weeks and will then serve the remaining 21 months as an active duty soldier.
