Which female idols made the best image transformation for Chuseok?

Female idols, who can easily dominate the stage with their sexy charm, have showed off their elegant sides for Chuseok. OSEN named the top 3 idols that showed the most dramatic transformation from their usual image by greeting fans prettily in their hanboks.

Check them out below!

#1. SISTAR

SISTAR is a group currently flaunting their sex appeal with their mini-dresses and seductive dance for “So Cool“. But for Chuseok, these girls traded in their flashy dresses for elegant, pastel-tonedhanboks.

On September 9th, the girls revealed the photo above through their agency and said, “Thank you for giving SISTAR a lot of love this year. With Chuseok coming up, we sincerely wish you abundance and happiness”.

The members were seen with their hair neatly tied back as they gave shy smiles. Fans commented “I didn’t know that SISTAR had such a innocent side to them. They look good even in hanboks“.

#2. G.NA

G.NA is a certified glamourous star who is currently receiving much love for her recent single, “Top Girl”. Male fans especially go wild over her curvy figure, long legs, and small face.

This Chuseok, G.NA donned a green and red hanbok and greeted fans with a bow. She stated “Because the day after Korean Thanksgiving is my birthday, this holiday is probably going to be very special to me. I hope you guys stay healthy and eat a lot of delicious food. I too will have a good time and work hard at the same time“.

Smiling widely while giving her bows, fans murmured over her innocent charm. They complimented, “Her smile is so pretty. She even looks like a new bride in a hanbok. This elegant side to her is new.

#3. 4minute

4minute is a group that differs from other groups by showing dances that are powerful, yet they still retain their cute girlish charm. HyunA especially, is known to attract male fans by showing an alluring performance that flaunts her curvaceous figure and sexy eyes.

For Chuseok, the group put aside their seductive allure to show off their aegyo in pink and whitehanboks. Creating sweet heart signs with their hands, the girls passed along a message saying, “We hope that everyone will enjoy and happily spend their Thanksgiving. We hope to eat a lot and have a lovely time with our families. If we had one wish, it would be to eat a lot and not gain any weight“.

Fan praised 4minute’s new look and said, “This look in hanboks is really different. Though they’ve usually shown charismatic performances, I like this cute look too.

These idols succeeded in exciting fans by showing off a different charm from their usual image. In addition to 4minute, SISTAR, and G.NA, other groups such as B2ST, Kim Greem, Girl’s Day, KARA, and Rainbow all sent their Chuseok greetings dressed in hanboks as well. To summarize all these groups’ greetings, they wished that fans would “have a lovely and enjoyable holiday with their family“.

Goo Hara, BoA, Se7en, and more send their Chuseok greetings

Since Chuseok is one of the biggest celebrations of the year in Korea, many stars decided to share their holiday spirit by tweeting loving messages to their fans.

On September 11th, KARA‘s Goo Hara wrote, “Have a comfortable time with your family, and I hope things go the way you all intend them to during Chuseok. Have a happy Chuseok for me!”

Meanwhile, Girl’s Day‘s Jihae must’ve felt particularly poetic when writing her message, as hers read: “While going over the Han River, I saw a pretty full moon. I tried to take a picture of it, but my cellphone couldn’t quite do it. However, I still made a wish and felt a cool river breeze.”

Solo singer Se7en tweeted, “Everyone~ Merry Chuseok! Eat a lot of delicious food and have a happy Chuseok! PEACE~”

Hallyu star BoA confessed, “Everyone, have a great Chuseok. Truthfully, I’ve been so busy that I almost didn’t realize it was Chuseok.. I will happily spend Chuseok day in the recording studio~”
