The Gaon Chart is the national chart of South Korea and is intended to be the equivalent of the Oriconin Japan and Billboard in the United States.

Kim Yuna praises Krystal’s performance

On July 12th’s episode of SBS’s “Kiss & Cry“, f(x) member Krystal gave a stunning circus-themed performance on ice for the third round of the competition.

On this day, Krystal took on three lifts. Each lift was more original and difficult than the last, and it amazed both the judges and the audience. Krystal’s skating partner was said to be very worried about the lifts due to the possible physical injuries that would result if they weren’t executed successfully.

But as Krystal perfectly performed all three lifts, the judges could not keep their mouths closed. JudgeGo Sung Hae commented, “To have improved that much to perform those kind of lifts is amazing.”

Kim Yuna expressed her admiration, “She could be called a legitimate ice dancer and I would believe it“.

Krystal commented, “Out of all my performances, this has been the most satisfactory. The positive feedback from the judges gave me courage and I wanted to perform even better knowing that my f(x) members were attending“. After letting out a bright laugh, Krystal also genuinely thanked her ice partner, Lee Dong Hoon, for lifting her perfectly every time.

T-ara to reveal a "learn-at-home" choreography video

T-ara will reveal a walk-through dance video for "Roly-Poly".

T-ara's agency Core Contents Media said, "After T-ara's 'Roly-Poly' was released, fans from more than 40 countries across the world learned the choreography and fans have asked for a video to practice from to be released."

The choreography teacher Seo Byungkyu-shi will teach you at home the "Roly-Poly" choreography with the exact hand motions, steps, angles, and facial expressions. You can learn everything exactly the right way. Seo Byungkyu, who is the known as the 80's best dance teacher who specially taught the choreography, and T-ara will be in it.

The choreography video will be released on July 14th at 15:30 through Melon.

Meanwhile, T-ara revealed a part 2 to "Roly-Poly" where they showed gratitude to fans who danced the choreography.

T-ara’s Soyeon revealed a picture of herself taken in Japan.

On the 12th Soyeon tweeted a picture with the title “Please respect and don’t hurt. I’ll teach them a lesson! This is a picture from Japan.”

In the picture, Soyeon is wearing in blue and her hair is half-tied which brings a natural look.

Previously, Soyeon tweeted a picture on the 11th with the comment “T-ara’s shooting pictorials. It’s raining since morning.” She is making a ‘v’ with her fingers and the picture drew fans’ attention.

4minute’s HyunA talks about her mature facial transformation

4minute’s HyunA recently sat down with Seoul NTN for an interview, where she expressed her thoughts particularly about her mature facial transformation for her latest comeback title track, “Bubble Pop“.

HyunA stated, “I stopped maturing at 14; my facial features haven’t changed since then. Because my facial development finished so early, people would often say to me, ‘Baby face didn’t change’, which always saddened me. Now that I’m finally 20 this year, more and more people are telling me that my face is finally matching my age, which I like hearing.”

Not only HyunA, but other members of 4minute have also recently become a hot issue for their beautiful ‘passport pictures’, despite all being bare-faced.

She laughed and said, “I recently made a new passport, so I don’t think that’s the case anymore.”

She continued, “My last passport picture was during my chubbier childhood babyface days. But now that 4minute participates in a lot of traveling with more schedules overseas, we thought airport authorities could begin questioning my passport picture so we decided to get it updated.”
