Amber confesses that she doesn't like to be alone on 'Real Men'

f(x)'s Amber shed tears once again on the latest episode of 'Real Men' and also revealed that she is afraid to be alone. 

On the program, Amber left her peers as well as herself in tears as she confessed, "I don't like being alone. You can't survive alone, so I don't want to be alone." 

When she was asked by the training officer, "Why can't you live alone?" Amber truthfully replied, "I need help. There are so many things that I don't know yet there are so many challenges. And because I have so many faults, I need help. I will keep working hard with the help that I receive [from my peers]."

Amber's sincere confession left her comrades in tears as they were the ones who fully understood the situation that Amber was in the most. As the female soldiers went through physically and mentally draining challenges, Amber revealed that the first person that comes to mind was her sister, who stood by Amber's side during her hard times.

However, with the support of her comrades, Amber overcame her fears of being alone and successfully crossed the river. 

Meanwhile, in an earlier episode of 'Real Men,' Amber burst into tears while confessing that she is having a hard time because of the language barrier and cultural differences, especially during training. Amber also stated that she was hesitant in asking for help in fear of consequences that her peers might face while trying to help.

SISTAR's Soyu revealed a few of her insecurities on the February 18th installment of 'Get it Beauty'.

The episode covered the topic "Everything about beauty sleep," which was discussed byHoney Lee, Kim Jung Min, and Soyu. The idol star shared, "My face bloats easily after I wake up. I sometimes wish that my face would become a pretty celebrity's face after I wake up."

Ailee talked about her weight loss of 10 kg (22 lbs) in a month.

On a recent episode of SBS's 'Did You Eat?', she talked about her health and her diet, saying, "I controlled what I ate and lost 10 kg in a month. I only ate 500 kcal (500 calories) in a day. I ate 100g of protein, 2 cups of vegetables, and 1 fruit [per day]."

When MC Lee Young Ja expressed her surprise, Ailee said, "I was curious to see how much I could lose. I didn't originally plan to comeback, but my label CEO said, 'Let's have a comeback before you get your weight back', and so I came back."

f(x)'s Amber discusses her musical identity in 'The Celebrity'

On February 17, celebrity magazine 'The Celebrity' released a recent interview with f(x)'s tomboy Amber, who made her breakthrough with her solo debut album 'Beautiful'. 

Even without any specific directions, Amber understood the concept and the theme of the shoot and effortlessly went through each shot with ease, giving a hint of her energetic and mischievous charms. 

During the interview with the magazine, Amber explained her first album to be similar to a cover letter, and that for the past few years, she has written in her journal detailing her progression in music and her achievements. She said, "[While working on my album,] I was able to collaborate with Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and Eric Nam, and while listening through that bands that I've enjoyed when I was younger, I questioned my musical identity."

Amber has landed at the top of 'Hanteo's daily music chart with her solo debut album 'Beautiful'!

The f(x)'s title track "Shake that Brass" featuring Girls' Generation'sTaeyeon managed to get over 1 million hits on YouTube on the first day of its release, and 'Beautiful' hit #1 on 'Hanteo's daily overall album music chart on February 16. 'Beautiful' is also currently #2 on its real-time chart, ranking in just below Niel's 'oNIELy' debut solo album.
