Park Min Woo's driving nearly caused a catastrophic accident on 'Roommate'!
Looking distinctly tired as he got behind the wheel with several of his roommates, he reassured them that he was fine. "Don't worry, we're not going to get into an accident," he told them.
However, as his yawns increased and the car began drifting, his roommates got more worried. "We'll switch when we get to a rest area," said Seo Kang Joon in the passenger seat. However, Park Min Woo declined, saying that he was fine.
However, despite his reassurances, the car started drifting toward the guardrail once more, and Park Min Woo didn't respond to being tapped on the shoulder - he was drowsing! Fortunately, seconds before the car would've hit the rails, he was knocked awake and quickly corrected his steering.
"If there was a hole, I would've hidden in it," he said during an interview later. "I was so sorry and apologetic. It was my firest experience with something like that, so I didn't know how to react. I couldn't look my roommates in the eyes." He also apologized profusely after they safely arrived at their destination.
There's a valuable lesson to be learned here - don't drive if you're sleepy!
