T-ara's "neat diet" managing the body eat more and exercise more

T-ara revealed their diet to the public.

On 6 July, SBS broadcast "One night TV variety" and introduced T-ara's neat diet, has attracted alot of attentions.

T-ara's secret to diet is to eat happily, by burning a large amount of calories daily. They don't need any special exercise or diet adjustments, just burn a large amount of calories. In short, eat more and exercise more.

If T-ara is using the phone they will walk up and down the stairs or fold the clothes by standing can also burn calories

In addition, T-ara's Hyomin showed the hustle dance by doing the hand pointing out and the little arm twist movement.

T-ara's Boram revealed that before debuting she lost 20kg by doing jump ropes and hula hoop.

Boram explained: "Everyday put more effort to skip 3,000 times or so, do like you are dying soon." For the hula hoops Boram said: "To me body exercise is much easier to slim down then exercising a part of the body, I would be on the hoops for 2 hours."

Skipping not only can burn calories and fats, it also helps to build up the bones.

T-ara retro and Wonder Girls retro concept are different reason being?

The girl group T-ara, Hyomin the leader expressed the difference between their new song "Roly-Poly" retro concept with other girl groups and said: "We're showing what our parents era looked like and south korean's retro style."

On the 5th July afternoon, at the Japan Tokyo Shibuya AX hall, after T-ara's first showcase has ended Hyomin were interviewed on the retro concept on their latest album.

Hyomin expressed: "The retro concept trend needs a lot of catching up and I believe that most of the girl groups will feel sick and tired of the concept easily, because on how to deal with it and there's also a lot of stress to continue the retro style."

Continuing, Hyomin explained: "Wonder Girls's songs 'Tell Me', 'So Hot', 'nobody' is a fad for retro, SNSD's 'Hoot' was a retro of girls power that has received a lot of love. T-ara must have a completely different retro feel from them."
"Wonder Girls concept is South African, and SNSD's concept is Western retro concept. But for our retro concept, it's really south Korea's retro concept. We really show that what our parent's retro era looked like."

Prior to the conference, The movie "Sunny" has shaken a total of 600 millions viewers and has became a popular movie topic among them, Soyeon represented and said: Indeed the movie "Sunny" was linked to our retro concept, the concept has been thought on long ago but nobody started the process, but it started in the middle of the process, like that the movie has succeeded. I feel very grateful. From the start I'd never think that it could match so well together, I am really grateful. This raise the curiosity of members wanting to watch this movie. Eunjung expressed: "By looking at our concept will know that we are a mixture of East and West retro. 'Sunny' and John Travolta, "Saturday Night Fever" are all mixed together, wanting to show the retro trend.

In addition the T-ara members said: "We heard that alot of people are loving this concept, especially adults felt the retro feel is there. 2PM's Wooyoung reveals that he prefers IU over f(x)'s Sulli

On the 5th, 2PM appeared on SBS Power FM’s ‘Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time,’ where many hidden truths were expressed. As members exchanged stories, likings and so on, Wooyoung’s confession definitely caught the attention of everyone on set.

Wooyoung was asked: ‘If you could only choose one person from Sulli or IU, who would it be?’ Wooyoung has been active with Sulli by MC-ing SBS’s Inkigayo, while he has worked with IU, and even acted as lovers, in the popular drama, Dream High.

He selected the latter by choosing IU over Sulli, raising much attention from listeners and those on set. He honestly expressed that ‘I pick IU because of her overwhelming loyalty and that played a big role in my decision.’

There were many other hidden facts expressed as Chansung was chosen as most timid and generous, whilst Taecyeon was chosen to have the most love and friendliness.

Japanese company J-ROCK "The reason we chose T-ara"

T-ara and Japanese company J-ROCK signed a exclusive contract of $ 350 million yen (about 47116 million won) to enter Japan.

Since their debut in South Korea's with "Lies", then followed up with "TTL", "BPBP", "I go Crazy because of you" and other popular songs,T-ara have became one of the popular girl groups in Korea, but still without any formal promotions in Japan. With this in mind, the 350 million yen contract is quite exceptional. J-ROCK's Takahiro Kokuho met with reporters and media in Tokyo, Japan Shibuya AX hall after T-ara's debut showcase in Japan and revealed the reason behind "Why we only choose T-ara."

- Why T-ara out of so many girl groups in Korea?

▶ The idea arises from the beginning when "SNSD and Kara came to Japan, why isnt T-ara here?" .After evaluation,we arrived at the fact that T-ara have very high potential that is untabbed. So In the meantime as we thought "We will not see T-ara here?" We did not even think for 5 minutes before we arrived at a decision.

- It was announced that T-ara's contract is 350 million yen. The reason behind this exceptional figure?

▶ I think the amount is not important.The important thing is that now we should work togetherto make T-ara the best girl group. So we take this as an investment.

- What do you think of the developmental potential of T-ara?

▶ Be it from those that are from the same industry as us here or just the public,they are full of praise for T-ara as " They can be the cute girls normally,but they can become sexy and charismatic(cool) as well. Its hard to find a girl group where all 7 girls are pretty yet cute and also the ability to produce their best despite their tiring schedule.
All these are something that cant be found in the groups in Japan. Thats why i think T-ara can be the number 1 girl group.

-Were there any other Korean singers that you all were interested in?

▶As part of our learning process, we studied other artistes' performances.But we want T-ara to stay in Japan for a long time,and we are working to be a management that can help them achieve this.

- The future plans of T-ara in Japan?

▶ Now it will be the release of "Bo Peep Bo Peep" Album in September.But due to the high number of CFs and drama invitation,we decided that they will work not only as singers,but actresses and MCs as well.

Krystal's New Ideal Type is Gongyu; "I Love His Eye-Smile"

On yesterday's (July 5) SBS Power FM 107.7MHz "Park SoHyun's Love Game", f(x) was featured as guests. DJ Park SoHyun asked a question about their ideal types, garnering everyone's interest.

Krystal said, "At first Kang DongWon was my ideal type, but now it's Gongyu. Gongyu's really awesome. Especially his eye-smiles, his smiles—I love them."

Amber chose actor JangHyuk as her ideal time. "My Korean isn't good so I watch a lot of dramas in order to improve it. When I was watching a drama, JangHyuk happened to star in it and I thought he was really cool."

Krystal also shared her feelings about her participation in the SBS entertainment program "Kim Yuna's KIss & Cry", "Honestly, I have a good relationship with my parther, DongHoon oppa. But only the scenes of us fighting got broadcasted. Not too long ago, I prepared a cake for DongHoon oppa's birthday; that's how close I am with him. Even though I'm a bit upset when only those scenes get broadcasted, I still feel happy because a lot of people are supporting us as as partners."
