f(x)’s Luna wins over the judges on ‘Enjoy Today’

MBC’s “Enjoy Today” broadcasted its final episode after a six-month run on the air, and fans finally got to watch the highly-buzzed scene about the judges making Luna cry.

This episode revolved around the final stage for the ‘enjoy rock’ mission, which is a continuation from last week. To recap, the show saw six teams compete fiercely to grab the chance to sing on eitherYoon Do Hyun or Kim Jong Seo’s new song. Each contestant added appropriate titles and lyrics to the songs, in order to win over their judges.

The results were unexpected and surprised everyone. For Yoon Do Hyun’s mission, the Kim Hyun Chul/Goo Ji Sung team won first place. However, for Kim Jong Seo’s mission, it ended up being Jung Hyung Don/Luna team who won.

f(x)’s Luna received much criticism for her ballad-like rock song on the last episode, with the judges saying “Do you think that’s rock?“, “That was just a ballad“. She even cried on stage because she was so hurt by the judges’ harsh words. Thus, it was a total shock to the viewers that she was able to win over the judges’ hearts.

Luna and Jung Hyung Don’s song ‘Jump♥‘ will be released online on several music sites.

Taecyeon and Eunjung are shocked over their ‘Dream High’ characters’ ages

2PM’s Taecyeon and T-ara’s Eunjung were shocked over their ‘Dream High‘ characters’ ages.

On February 20th, Eunjung revealed pictures of Taecyeon’s and Eunjung’s character profiles. Although both Taecyeon and Eunjung were born in 1988, their characters’ birth years were set to 1993 and 1994 respectively. Eunjung tweeted,

“kekekekeke it says that Taecyeon is born in ‘93 keke and I was born in ‘94 keke thank you ♥“

Fans commented, “That expression kekeke looks so excited~~~ So cute!!!” “Why hide your face ^^~haha” and “She’s one year younger than Jiyeon ^^”

IU, Jiyeon, Yoo In Na, Kahi and Noh Sa Yeon’s half-makeup faces revealed on SBS ‘Heroes’

IU, Jiyeon, Yoo In Na, Kahi and Noh Sa Yeon’s half-makeup faces were finally revealed on the latest episode of SBS ‘Heroes‘.

Airing on February 20th, the members who lost the mission to ‘become the perfect hotelier’ were punished by only getting makeup done on half of their faces. After getting their ‘lacking’ makeups, the losing members turned away from the camera, disappointed by their harsh punishment.

MC Lee Hwi Jae revealed his deep dark circle after getting ‘half makeup’, and Jiyeon shocked everyone by showing the size difference between her makeup-free eye and her makeup-on eye.

Yoo In Na appeared in sunglasses, and attempted to cover her makeup-free face with her hair. After revealing her face, she gained lots of suspicion for her normal looking face, with everyone questioning if she really did remove half of her makeup.

Kahi revealed her ‘honey skin’, not looking any difference except for the length of her eyelashes.

IU appeared late on the episode, due to her “Dream High” filming. Even while getting her makeup done, she laughed at her face and said “I’m just sorry to the fans“.

She finally appeared in front of the members and laughed at her own face that was captured on the camera monitor.

To get back at the members who won the mission, the losing team announced the next punishment to be ‘getting half makeup in ballerina clothes’.

4minute will be part of "Legendary East 2011 Korean Music Wave LIVE in Tokyo

In celebration of MBC's "Show! Music Core's" 50th anniversary, they decided to make a concert of various Hallyu Stars overseas, particularly in Japan. This will be sponsored by big companies in Korea and Japan, including AVEX, Fuji TV and MBC.

The concert will be entitled as “Legendary East 2011 Korean Music Wave LIVE in Tokyo” and will be held at the Saitama Super Arena this coming May 14th. All the proceeds from the concert will be donated to GFSC(Good Friends Save the Children) for the educational support of children in poor areas in Asia.

4Minute is one of the popular KPOP groups who are lined up to attend on the said event. Other groups which are expected to take part on the said concert are TVXQ, B2ST, f(x), Shinee, SG WannaBe, Secret, Miss A and many more.
