f(x)’s Luna bursts into tears from harsh criticism on MBC “Enjoy Today”

During a recent recording of MBC TV “Enjoy Today”, it was reported that guest star f(x)’s Lunacaused the filming to come to a halt after she burst into tears in front of the judging panel.

The show was recording a special episode called ‘3rd Music Project – Enjoy Rock,’ where the cast were to battle it out against each other by performing a new song by singers Kim Jong Seo and Yoon Do Hyun. The judging panel consisted of some of the greatest Korean artists, Yoon Hyun Sang, In Sooni, and the nation’s rock music representatives Kim Jong Seo and Yoon Do Hyun.

The first stage of the audition saw performances by new guest stars Luna, racing model Goo Ji Sungand actress Hong Soo Hyun, making the audition set even more intense with the fierce competition.

However, after Luna’s performance, the judge panel pierced Luna with a harsh comment, “You lack a sense of understanding of music.” As a result, Luna bursted into tears and caused the recording to come to a pause.

The full episode will air this coming February 6th at 5:20 PM KST.

Performances and winners from MBC’s Lunar New Year special, “Idol Star 7080 Best Singer”

Earlier today, MBC aired it’s Lunar Year Special, “Idol Star 7080 Best Singer.” Various idols from4minute, SHINee, Super Junior, miss A, MBLAQ, FT Island, f(x), Clazziquai, T-ara, ZE:A, Brown Eyed Girls, Sistar, After School and more got together for the show.

All the idol teams participated in a competition that would various awards, based on who gave the best cover of songs from the ’70s and ’80s.

Some of the winners include Super Junior’s Yesung won the “Hot Performance Award.” The Bronze award went to SHINee, the Silver award went to Sistar, and the Gold award to f(x)’s Luna and Clazziquai’s Alex. FT Island won the award for King Singer.

KARA looks happy on set of “URAKARA”

Following news of their return back to Japan as five members on February 3rd, Tokyo TV’s live broadcast of ‘7 Star Bratch’ revealed behind-the-scenes footage of the KARA members happily filming for their show, “URAKARA.”

The program stated, “The KARA members arrived happily together as five at the Tokyo Haneda Airport yesterday (February 3rd),” and showed footage of the members walking out of the airport while being surrounded by the warm support of their fans. The whole studio panel applauded upon watching the footage and warmly welcomed the members with, “Welcome back.”

The show’s reporter added, “They have started the filming of “URAKARA” today. The members looked tired and sleepy, but they still continued on with the same bright and friendly image.”

2PM's Nichkhun's Expression of Love "I Want to Help Victoria", Nichkhun, WGM

2PM’s Nichkhun conveyed the exceptional affection he feels towards f(x)’s Victoria.

Victoria, who has been steadily increasing her competency in Korean, went on air on MBC’s “We Got Married” which was broadcast on the afternoon of the 29th.

On that day’s broadcast, before Nichkhun made food for Victoria, the fact of Victoria’s incredible improvement in her Korean capabilities became known. Furthermore, it was shown that Nichkhun was surprised by Victoria’s improved Korean competency.

On the interview of their ‘real thoughts’ segment, Nichkhun replied to the producers question of “Are you happy that Victoria has becomen skilled at Korean?” with “I wonder how she got better at Korean?... It used to be that the two of us were learning Korean together but I am in fact happy.” However, he continued, “But, I’m the man so I want to help her.”Despite conveying his disappointment(?)* he expressed denoted his affection.

Hyomin apologizes to Seungri for comments made in SBS Idol King New Year Special

Girl group T-ara's member Hyomin apologize for using Banmal(semi-formal) language with senior Big Bang's Seungri.Hyomin left a message on her twitter on the 2nd stating " Watching the show now,had a lot of fun with Seungri that day,but seems to have gone overboard even though we wanted to be comfortable with each other right from the start. Although it was discussed beforehand,it still seems a bit inappropriate,sorry.Hope he(Seungri) will not be hurt by what i said."

This is in reference to the SBS Idol King aired on the 2nd,where Hyomin used Banmal in a water game with Seungri.She said "He(Banmal)is a little strange","He(Banmal)is too short" during the course of the game.


After the show,Big Bang fans mentioned that Seungri was a senior of Hyomin as a singer and criticized her. Fans said" She shouldn't have used banmal even if its a broadcast","Saw a case of unpolitness,doesnt feel good" and so on.
