KARA selected as the cover girls of Japan magazine !

KARA girls became the cover girls of the latest edition of Japan magazine [Seventeen].

The girls wear short purple mini skirt for the shooting and the magazine also featured some individual photos of each member.KARA debuted in Japan with Mr,released first album "Girls' Talk" in November and they sold 180,000 albums in 2 weeks.

KARA has been creating various new records since debuting in Japan 3 months ago,let's wish the girls all the best.

KARA gets into the Christmas spirit for Japan’s ‘au’

KARA recently performed live at a special event in Tokyo for KDDI’s running and walking service called “auSanta’s Challenge“.

Bringing their Christmas spirit to the event, the girls performed their famous butt dance for “Mister” as well their new single “Jumping“, before changing into cute Santa outfits.

Jiyoung stated, “(The Santa cosplay) was embarrassing at first, but it’s okay now.” WhenSeungyeon was asked how she felt about working around Christmas, she answered, “I’m sad, but it’s work.”

How did f(x)’s Victoria make Sulli cry?

On a recent recording of ‘Strong Heart‘, f(x)’s Victoria shared a cute story about fellow memberSulli.

Victoria has a very flexible body, and she even sleeps with her legs wide apart as if she were doing the splits. Sulli wasn’t aware of this, and so when she woke up one morning and saw Victoria posed in that manner with a strange expression on her face, she started to cry.

Fortunately, Victoria explained the situation afterwards, and the two became close friends.

A representative from ‘Strong Heart’ expressed, ‘Victoria didn’t have any experience in dancing, but because of her incredible flexibility, she went to a very famous dance school. During the recording, everyone was surprised at her flexibility.’

Gyuri's Obsession with Heels

Girl group Kara's Park Gyuri has expressed her obsession with high heels. Kara members (Park, Han Seung-yeon, Goo Ha-ra, Nicole, Kang Jiyoung) and boy band 2AM's Jinwoon, Jo Kwon, Seulong and Changmin appeared on KBS 2TV's "Happy Together Season 3" on Thursday.

The episode was the second half of their appearance following last week.

Regarding Park, other Kara members said that she's very sensitive to the height of heels and that she never takes them off even when her legs ache. Park wears them on stage and even during rests.

The MCs asked, "Is it because you're the shortest in the group?"

Park said, "Other members are cute but I have a mature style so people consider me the taller one. My heels are meant to meet this expectation."

She also said that to maintain her slick princess image, she would drink cocktails such as the "French Kiss" instead of beer or soju when she visits bars with friends.
